Overall, it's incredible base for exploring Portland attractions. Near to the downtown, 20 minutes on foot. Greatly enjoyed their on-site restaurant Imperial, it was good.

The room was small, we expected better.

The location was fantastic and our bed was great. Very close to many tourist places and 15 mins on foot from pearl district. El Gaucho was 10 mins walk away;))
